3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 egg 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. mashed bananas 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sour cream
Mix sugar and butter until creamy. Add egg, flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix well. Add mashed bananas, salt and sour cream. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 20 min. Makes 12 muffins.
