Bottom layer:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. can chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Middle layer:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. creme de menthe or mint flavoring
Glaze:
12 oz. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bottom layer ingredients and spread in a greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
For middle layer melt butter and combine sugar and flavoring. Spread over cooled cake.
For glaze melt chocolate chips and butter and pour over middle layer. Refrigerate.
