1 pkg cocktail rye bread
1 can artichoke hearts(in water)
1 c mayonnaise
1 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the artichoke hearts. Cut the rye bread slices in half. Mix the mayo and Parmesan cheese. Cut the artichoke hearts into slices and place on rye bread slices. Spread about 3/4 tsp of mayo-Parmesan mix on top of the artichoke hearts on the bread. Broil the mini open faced sandwiches until golden brown. Serve warm
