1 bag caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the caramels, butter and milk in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave. Mix thoroughly. Cool. Slice apples and dip into the mix or serve over sliced apples. This dip stays soft.
