1 lb. can salmon
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon. Remove skin and bones. Mix thoroughly with cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Chill several hours. Combine pecans with parsley. Shape salmon mixture into a ball and roll in nut/parsley mixture. Chill well. Serve with assorted crackers.
