1 Medium Onion, chopped
1/2 c. Ketchup
1/4 c. Cider Vinegar
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Tomato Paste
2 T. Paprika or Smoked Paprika
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 T. Mustard
1 tsp each Salt and Pepper
4 lbs. Pork Spareribs

In a 4 1/2 -6 qt. slow cooker, mix all ingredients except ribs. Add ribs, cut in large pieces to fit. Spoon sauce over ribs to coat. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours. Transfer ribs to platter. Skim fat from liquid and spoon remaining liquid over ribs.
