Thaw fruit (if frozen), wash, cut and peel fruit, as needed. Drop the fruit in a big blender, put the lid on tight, and HOLD on! Add sugar or honey to taste. Pour into glasses and serve.
To make frozen fruit pops, pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, insert the center sticks, and pop into the freezer overnight. Voila--fabulous, healthy popsicles.

Personal Notes:
(By Phoebe) Isabelle and Catherine like to study cookbooks just as their dad does. They will pour over many cookbooks at once to cross reference similar recipes. This smoothie recipe is an amalgam, an Isabelle original from "Chez Hommel"--from the next generation of chefs who are coming into their own.
