2 lb. Ground Beef
2 pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
Chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion...drain.
Add taco seasoning and tomatoes. Add enough water to cover mixture.
Simmer an hour or until water is absorbed.
