1-1/2 lbs. tenderized round steak
Paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
Garlic salt to taste
One 10-1/2 oz. can beef broth
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into 1" strips - then into bite-sized pieces; sprinkle with paprika. Brown meat in butter;; add garlic salt and beef broth. Cover & simmer for 30 minutes. Cut onion and pepper into strips. Add to meat and simmer 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce and add to meat mixture. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
