4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. French mustard
crumbled bacon
spinach

Directions:
Directions:
To make the dresssing: mix together bacon drippings, brown sugar, worchestershire sauce and mustard. Cook on low until foam is gone. DO NOT OVER-COOK. Pour over fresh spinach and wilt.
