Aunt May's Buck Canyon Cookies Recipe

2-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
4 c. Kellogg's Special K Cereal

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture and mix well.

Add flour mixture thoroughly then add cocount, raisins, nuts and cereal.

Drop by level Tablespoons on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 325 for about 12 minutes.
