2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. milk
1/2 cup Karo white syrup
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt & cocoa. Add milk & syrup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir no more. Boil to 234. Pour into mixing bowl. Do not scrape pan. Add vanilla & butter. Cool to 110 F then beat until candy loses it's gloss. Add nuts & pour on buttered pan. As candy hardens, slice with wet knife.
