2 c. white wine
1 c. olive oil
1 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Place chicken in a container and pour enough marinade over chicken to completely immerse. Marinate chicken at least 2 hours or up to a day in the refrigerator.
