4 eggs, lightly beaten 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. butter, melted
Combine and blend well, filling popover containers 3/4 full. (Can use custard cups and put on cookie sheet so they are not too close together). Bake at 375º for 45 min. Carefully slide out of oven and with a sharp knife slash side of popover to release steam. Return to oven and bake 15 min. more. Makes about 6-9 popovers.
