3 c. mashed potatoes 1/4 c. butter 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. flour
Prepare mashed potatoes. Add butter, sugar, salt, and milk. Let cool. Then add flour and form in balls about 2 1/2 in. diameter. Roll very thin and bake on a very hot skillet until done on each side. Spread with butter, roll up and enjoy.
