1 2-lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes
(thaw 30 min)
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. grated or cubed Colby cheese
salt & pepper to taste (careful not too
`` much salt)

Directions:

Mix ingredients together. Top with crushed potato chips (opt) and paprika. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
