5 lb. potatoes (9-10 large)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peeled potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender and drain. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cover and place in refrigerator (may be used any time within 2 weeks). To Use: Place desired amount in greased casserole. Dot with butter and bake in 350 oven about 30 min.
