Dressing:
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. grated onion
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Mixed greens: red leaf lettuce, Romaine, etc.
1 large apple (unpeeled, sliced)
1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Shake dressing ingredients together.
Line salad plates with greens. Top with apple slices and blue cheese and walnuts. Sprinkle with dressing.
