3 c. mashed potatoes 1 c. milk 1 c. evaporated milk 3 c. chopped carrots 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1 tbsp. seasoned salt 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon 1 tsp. sage
Put first three ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Then pour into 6 qt. pot. Add rest of ingredients and cook over medium heat until vegetables are done. If you like thick soup, you can thicken with cornstarch.
