8 lb. chicken parts (of the cut you like)
Salt and freshly ground pepper
8 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. finely chopped shallots
2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped thyme
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 c. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken pieces in one layer. Turn chicken in melted butter until well coated. Arrange pieces skin side down. Bake 30 min. Combine bread crumbs, shallots, garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Turn the chicken pieces skin side up and sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture. Bake 30 min. longer. Pour the wine around (not over) the chicken pieces. Bake 5 min. longer and serve.
