1 lb lean fish fillets, skin removed
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with Pam. Mix yogurt, cheese and lemon juice; spread evenly over fish. Sprinkle with pepper. Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork
