Mix; 1 c hot water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 c cold water
1 oz yeast
Add; 3 c flour Let rise 30 minutes
Cream; 1/2 c sugar; 6 Tbsp shortening; 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add; 3 beaten eggs. Add to above mixture. then add 4 c flour. Mix well. Knead and let rise. Fix buns as you like and bake at 375 until golden brown.
