4-5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
jar of salsa (I like Mild but suit your taste)
1 can of black beans

Directions:
Directions:
Place washed chicken pieces on bottom of crockpot. Pour black beans over it, then pour salsa over that. Cook on low 6 hours. As an option, you can sprinkle grated mexican cheeses on top a few minutes before serving.
Serve with white rice and tossed salad for a complete, easy meal.
