2-3 chicken breasts, cubed
1 medium onion- chopped,
2 cloves minced garlic,
2 T. vegetable oil,
4 oz. can green chilies- chopped/diced,
2 15 oz. cans "Italian" style tomatoes,
4 cans chicken broth,
1 tsp lemon pepper,
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
1 tsp chili powder,
1 tsp ground cumin,
1/2 tsp hot sauce (Tobasco)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken, onion and garlic in vegetable oil until chicken is cooked. Place in crockpot. Dump everything else in crockpot and stir. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours (more is fine).

Serve crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheddar and sour cream as toppings for the soup.

Really good Winter night's soup. If you cook the chicken & veggies the night before, you can throw the rest together in the morning before work, then plug in crockpot.
