1 (14.5 ounce) can of plain, diced tomatoes
3 or 4 medium sized slices of Vidalia onion
About a handful of fresh Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine canned tomatoes, the onion and cilantro to food processor or chopper. Pulse 3 to 5 times or until ingredients are smooth and no longer chunky. Pour into bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
