1 C shortening 1 C white sugar 1 C brown sugar 2 eggs 1 C peanut butter 2 1/2 C flour 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp vanilla 1 bag peanut butter cups mini
Unwrap all peanut butter cups first. Combine all other ingredients together in bowl. Roll into balls and place in mini muffin papers. Bake at 350º degrees for 8-10 min. After removing cookies from the oven, push the peanut butter cups into the already baked cookies.
