8oz. Cream Cheese (Light is fine.)
1 C. real Mayonnaise (no substitutions),
1 tsp ground mustard,
14 oz. can artichoke-, chopped,
8 oz. pkg. "mock" crab meat (found in refrigerator case)- chopped up,
3/4 C. Parmesan cheese (shredded),
3/4 C. mozzarella- shredded,
1/3 C. green onions and tops- thinly sliced,
1/3 C. diced red bell pepper,
1/2 tsp (or more) cayenne pepper,
1 T. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients well. Spread into baking dish (pie plate or 8x8 pan). Bake 30-35 minutes at 350. Serve with Tortilla chips, garlic toast chips or crackers.
