8oz. Cream Cheese (Light is fine),- softened,
3/4 C. fresh shrimp, chopped OR small can of shrimp,
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese,
1 T. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. onion salt,
1/2 tsp. garlic salt,
2 T. ketchup
1/4 C. chopped walnuts.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, except the nuts, thoroughly. Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. Chill 24 hours before serving.

Serve with assorted crackers.
