26oz. Pkg. frozen Southern Style Potatoes,
1 1/2 C Shredded cheddar,
1 can Cream of Chicken soup,
1 C. sour cream (light is fine),
1 C. French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and soup and cheese until well combined. Place potatoes in large mixing bowl and stir soup mixture in. Place in greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle French fried onions over top of casserole and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
