Salad Ingredients:
1 Pkg Bacon- fried crisp and crumbled,
1 large pkg fresh baby spinach,
1 cup fresh mushrooms- sliced,
1 8oz can water chestnuts,
1/2 medium red onion- sliced into rings,
2 hard boiled eggs- sliced

Dressing:
1/3 C. vegetable oil (I use olive oil),
1/3 C. chili sauce,
1/2 C. sugar (I use Splenda)

Directions:
Directions:
Assemble salad ingredients in large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients, but do NOT refrigerate (gets very thick!). May dress entire bowl of salad, or serve dressing on side.
