2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 2 c. pumpkin 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Mix crumbs, butter and brown sugar. Reserve 1/2 c. crumbs mixture. Press remaining crumbs in 9 x 13 in. pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Place in freezer. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving.
