1/4 c. butter
18 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. or 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Paprika
Snipped parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Melt butter in 13 x 9 in. pan until melted. Then tilt pan to coat with butter. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Beat in milk, salt, and sour cream; stir in onion and cheese. Bake 35 min. until set in the center.
