2 (15.5 oz.) cans no-salt added chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. tahini
3 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans and garlic in a food processor; pulse 5 times or until chopped. Add 1/2 c. water and remaining ingredients; pulse until smooth. Serve with veggies and pita chips.
