1 1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. softened butter
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. diced ham, turkey, shrimp or bacon
2 green onions, chopped
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients in blender and mix well. Turn into ungreased deep 9 or 10 in. pie plate. Add meat and 1/2 c. cheese, poking into batter. Top with onion, mushrooms and remaining cheese. Bake in preheated 350 oven until top is golden about 45 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
