2 1/2 cps. sliced/diced apples
3/4 cp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon

PEGGY"S BLUE POT
Fill pot with sliced/diced apples
1 1/2 cp. sugar
6 cps. water
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in pot and pour water overtop. Add sugar and cinnamon and cook for about 10 minutes (soft boil).

Mix cornstarch with water and pour over top while still boiling. This will thicken the mixture. Scoop into pie shells and bake.
