1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. vegetable oil 1 egg 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. rhubarb (finely chopped) 1/2 c. chopped nuts Topping: 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. butter
Mix first ten ingredients in order given. Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 9 in. pans. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 325º for 40-50 min.
