3eggs 3/4 c. oil 2 tsp. baking powder 4 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. peaches, diced Filling: 12 oz. softened cream cheese 1 tsp. almond extract 3/4 c. sugar Topping: 1/3 c. sugar Little cinnamon
Mix eggs, sugar, milk, oil, baking powder, salt, and flour. Beat for 2 min.; stir in peaches. Pour into bread pans, 2/3 full. Combine filling mixture and drop by spoonfuls into batter in the bread pans. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º for 45-55 min.
