1 10 oz. Package frozen broccoli

1 cup cooked rice

1 can of EITHER cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup

1 cup water

8 oz Velveeta cheese ( of a large package)

1 Tablespoon butter

cup chopped onions

cup chopped celery

Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw broccoli and squeeze water out. Mix everything together in greased pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
