1 c. cream cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix 4 green onions 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 pkg. frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed)
Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight. Scoop out round loaf of rye or caraway bread, reserving top for a cover and saving inside pieces to serve around the bread. Serve dip inside hollowed bread.
