First step:
2 c. pretzels, crushed
3 Tbs. sugar
3/4 c. margarine, melted
Second step:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 9 oz Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
Third step:
2 3oz pkg strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 10oz pkg frozen strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
First step: mix and put in 9x13" pan. Bake at 350
for 10 minutes. Let cool. Second step: cream softened cream cheese. Beat in sugar and Cool Whip. Put on cooled crust. Third Step: dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add thawed strawberries, pour on top of cheese layer. Chill. Cut in squares.

You can crush the pretzels in a blender. This tastes just as good for a dessert as for a salad.
