1/2 cup butter (softened) 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 (sifted) cup all-purpose flour
In large bowl gradually combine all ingredients, beat until well mixed. Roll the dough into small balls. Place them on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
