1 c. rice
1 small onion chopped
1/2 lb. smoked or Kielbasa sausage
1 can beef consommé
1/2 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into small pieces. Mix all in 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover and bake in oven 1 hour at 350º.
Quick and easy dish!
