Ingredients:
1 package graham crackers, finely crushed
1/2 package chocolate candy coating - ambrosia is excellent
1 - 1/2 sticks butter
1 - 1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and peanut butter together. Add crumbs and powdered sugar and mix very well. Use a cookie scoop and scoop balls onto waxed papered cookie sheets. Freeze for 30 minutes or so - longer is okay.

Melt chocolate in small bowl (not shallow, deep but a small circumfirence is best) carefully. Don't over heat or the chocolate will seize.

Drop frozen balls in one at a time and roll with spoon. Remove with another spoon and repeat. You need to work fast. Let them set for at least 30 minutes.
