1-1/2 lbs. meat (any combination of ground beef and/or sausage)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 # block Velveeta Cheese (the big one!)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Stick Butter
1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes OR 1 cup picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat (I use ground beef + Owens sausage). Add the chopped onions and cook til translucent.

Throw it all in a crock-pot until cheese is melted.
