3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. crisco
1 T. vanilla
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 T. milk
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Mix peanut butter, crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed in electric mixer until well blended. Add egg. Beat just until blended. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in seperate bowl. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix until blended. Drop by tsp 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly in criss-cross pattern with fork. Bake one baking sheet at a time at 375 for 7-8 min. Cool 2 min on baking sheet before removing.
