1 lb. hamburger
1 C. chopped potatoes
1 C. chopped carrots
1 lg. onion, grated
Salt, pepper and garlic
1 egg
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with salt, pepper, garlic. Mix in one egg with hamburger. Make patties. Brown on both sides. Cook in baking dish with 1 can mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
