1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small box of stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out chicken breast, flatten with meat mallet. Fill with stuffing mixture. Roll up and hold together with fork and toothpick. Brown both sides in frying pan. Add cream of mushroom soup, continue frying on low. Check every once in awhile and scoop soup on top. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
