2c. flour
4tsp. baking powder
4tbsp. shortening
1/2c. milk
1 egg
1/4tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and roll out 1/4 inch thick. Put apples on it and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up like a jelly roll and slice. Put in 9X13 pan. Cook 1 1/2c. sugar and 1c. water. Pour over the apple rolls and bake until golden brown at 350. Cook for about 50 to 55 minutes.
