1 1/2c. sugar
2 1/4c. flour
4 1/2 tbsp cocoa
3/4tsp salt
1 1/2tsp baking soda
1 1/2tsp vanilla
1 1/2tbsp vinegar
9tbsp oil
1c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda and vanilla in an ungreased 9X13 cake pan. Make 3 holes. In one put vinegar and the other 2 put oil. Pour water over this and to get out lumps. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
