1/4 # Peppermint Stick candy(3 large sticks) 1 1/2 c whipping cream; 1/2 c thin cream, 1 1/2 t gelatin, 1 T cold water, 1 Angel Food Cake.

Directions:
Directions:
Crush candy in double boiler with the thin cream. Cook until candy dissolves. ADD Gelatin dissolved in cold water--chill it. Beat cream--fold in mixture. Line bread tin with wax paper--place layer of Angel Food Cake in bottom--alternate with peppermint mix and Angel Food Cake. Refriferate. May be made ahead of time and frozen..
